MSH is a nonprofit international health organization with nearly 2,500 people from over 74 nationalities working in over 40 countries. Together with our partners, we help leaders, managers, health workers, and communities in developing countries to build stronger health systems that deliver high-quality health services to everyone who needs them.

The FCI Program of MSH partners with allies and champions in governments, civil society, and communities to advocate for positive programmatic and policy change for maternal, sexual, and reproductive health and rights. Calling for universal access to high-quality, culturally respectful care, the FCI Program of MSH builds advocacy skills of civil society partners and networks at the country and community levels and works to increase equity by reaching young people, indigenous groups, and other underserved populations.
